One account covers all four roles. We ask for no card details until you actually buy something.

At least 12 characters. No requirement to mix character types: four ordinary words are both easier to remember and harder to guess than one word with a digit stuck on the end, and that is what the current NIST guidance says too.

Every account can order food. Tick anything that applies in addition to that.

What happens next

We send a link to the address you gave. Follow it and the account is live. You are not signed in before that, because an account that can order without anyone having proved they can read the address is an account someone else can open in your name.

The link is valid for twenty-four hours. If the address already belongs to an account, the message says that instead and points you at sign-in.

Roles need approval

Ticking restaurant, courier or host registers your interest. An administrator reviews it and decides what you may actually do, and you will be told either way. A platform where anyone can self-declare as a restaurant is a platform where anyone can take payments.

The account is Swedish inside

The portal, the order flow and the emails are in Swedish. The English pages cover what you sign up to; the day-to-day service does not yet follow. We would rather say that here than let you find it after you have joined.
