How this works, before you commit to anything

This page answers what the service is. Once you have an account, the guide inside the portal answers what you can do, filtered to the permissions you actually hold, so it never describes a button you cannot see.

Getting started

The first three steps, for each role

If you run a restaurant

  1. Create an account and tick Restaurant.
  2. An administrator reviews it. We check that the business exists and is registered for food handling, which normally takes a working day.
  3. Upload your menu, or send it in any format and we will enter it. Allergens are required per dish, and the system will not publish a dish without them.

If you want to deliver

  1. Create an account and tick Courier.
  2. We check that you are entitled to work in Sweden and, for a moped or a car, that the licence and insurance are in order.
  3. Book shifts. The hourly rate runs from sign-in, and the bag and the light are ours to provide.

If you have a wall

  1. Create an account and tick Host.
  2. We look at the footfall and the power. Not every wall carries a fridge, and we say no rather than install one that will not sell.
  3. We install and stock it. You do nothing else, and you own no stock.
Common questions

The ones people actually ask

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. No joining fee, no monthly fee, no minimum term. We are paid a percentage of what you sell, and if you sell nothing we are paid nothing. Every figure is at /en/pricing.

Can I use another platform at the same time?

Yes. There is no exclusivity. Running two platforms in parallel for a month is the cheapest way to find out which one leaves you more, and we would rather you did that than took our word for it.

Can I charge less on my own website?

Yes, and it is written into the agreement rather than merely tolerated. Your own ordering page through us costs nothing per month and we take nothing from it.

When am I paid?

Every banking day, with a statement per order showing gross, VAT, our share and the amount transferred. Not a monthly total you have to take apart.

What happens if my account is suspended?

A person decides it, tells you why in writing, and a different person will review it if you ask. This is a legal requirement in the EU from 2 December 2026 and we apply it now.

Who is liable if a customer reacts to an allergen?

The declaration comes from the kitchen that cooked the dish, and we pass it on unaltered under the names used in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. We neither edit it nor add to it. Every page that shows an allergen also tells the customer to telephone the restaurant if the allergy is serious.

Something is wrong and I need a person

Write to support from the portal. During an active delivery there is a telephone number in the order, because a cold meal in a stairwell is not a support ticket.

Four common situations

What people most often get in touch about

The answers are in the sections above. If they cannot be found there, a person answers, and the page says who.

  • Questions from kitchens reach a person, not a form.
  • Account, allergies and history belong together and are set once.
  • A fridge that will not open is logged and reported without a phone call.
  • Recipes and shopping lists can be exported at any time.
