What works, and what does not yet
We aim at WCAG 2.2 level AA. This page lists where we fall short as well as where we meet it, because a statement that only lists successes tells you nothing you can rely on.
What we have done
- Every page works without JavaScript. Forms submit and pages render on the server.
- Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard, in a visible order, with a focus outline that is not removed.
- Contrast meets AA in both light and dark themes, and the theme follows your system setting unless you override it.
- Motion respects prefers-reduced-motion. Nothing animates for a reader who has asked it not to.
- Text scales to 200 per cent without loss of content or function.
- Illustrations carry text alternatives that describe what they show, not what they are.
What we know falls short
- The map used to follow a live delivery is difficult with a screen reader. The same information is available as text on the order page, but that is a workaround rather than a fix.
- Some data tables scroll horizontally on a narrow screen. They are marked as scrollable regions and are keyboard-reachable, but a reader using magnification will still find them awkward.
- The site has not yet been audited by an external tester with lived experience of assistive technology. Our own testing is a weaker signal and we are not going to present it as more than it is.
If something blocks you
Write to us and describe what you were trying to do and what stopped you. We will reply within five working days with either a fix, a date, or an honest statement that we cannot solve it and what the alternative is. If our answer is not good enough, the Swedish Agency for Digital Government supervises this area and can be contacted directly.
